Earth System Science Minor

The Minor in Earth System Science is a 12 Credit Hour program. Students must take PHS 203   and CS 321  , then they can take:

• PHS 203 - Atmospheric Science (Meteorology) 3 Credits (REQUIRED)
• CS 321 - Remote Sensing: Computer Methods for Satellite Data Analysis 3 Credits (REQUIRED)

• TWO CLASSES FROM THE FOLLOWING

• CS 319 - Geographical Information Systems 3 Credits
• CS 345 - Scientific Programming I: Data Analysis 3 Credits
• CS 390 - Scientific Programming II: Modeling and Simulation 3 Credits
• ENVS 301 - Air, Water Pollution 3 Credits
• PHS 301 - Special Topics in Climate and Planets 3 Credits
• PHS 331 - Special Topics in Telecommunications 3 Credits
